This vintage wall display was originally used to hold battery cables, likely at an automotive shop or store. It was produced by Delco Packard, an automotive parts brand owned by Ge neral Motors. As the photographs indicate, two of the original hooks are missing; however they would be very easy to replace. Overall, this item is in good condition for its age. It measures 20.5" x 10" x 5".
