Some pieces are chosen because they look right together, not because they match on purpose. I made this set for hands that have done real work over the years. The lattice pattern i s engraved by hand across the band, and the floral motif on the ring is traced the same morning, so the two always come from one sitting at my bench. Copper has been worn by working hands for thousands of years. The customers who wear both pieces tell me it becomes easy to forget they have them on, which is the highest compliment I know how to take.
