ABOUT DELUSION BAY Delusion Bay is located on the south end of Digby Island, just south west of Prince Rupert. Grand Trunk Pacific Railway assistant harbour engineer Joel Pillsbury gave the bay this name around 1908 after confidently setting up camp there at high tide.
