With the growing numbers of supernatural and paranormal cases in the city, NG15 was tasked with training an elite team of agents specialising in the paranormal, supernatural and un known, known as "Department X". One of the leaders of this force is Agent Shepard, an old veteran African American male who specialises in exorcism and demonology. He is very wise, very loyal but firm and fair.
