Dendritic Agate Necklace - dendritic agate stone from India. These stones have plant-like formations often mistaken for fossils. The stone’s dendrite inclusions are an actually mar e of manganese or iron oxide minerals that were trapped inside the gemstone when the agate formed. The stone is set in fine silver on a sterling silver backplate with hammered texture. The pendant and chain have been oxidized to highlight the textures. The back of the pendant is stamped with the Shiny Objects makers mark. The small gauge oval rolo chain has a lobster clasp and is adjustable.
