Dendritic Agate Statement Necklace - Striking and large piece of fine dendritic agate from India. Rich orange and gold hues with dark dendrites which are manganese mineral formatio ns in agate. The stone is set in fine silver on a sterling silver backplate and textured by hand hammering.The pendant hangs from a handmade sterling silver paperclip chain with a hand forged hook clasp. Each link hand formed, soldered, hammered and polished separately. The necklace is adjustable to wear shorter. The pendant and chain have been oxidized to highlight the textures. Turquoise may change color over time from exposure to sunlight and to the oils of your skin gaining an aged or faded patina which some people desire.
