All the best species come out of Papua New Guinea - and by best, I mean weirdest! Dendrobium finisterrae is no exception, and even so may be my most requested species of the year s o far. Found growing at slightly higher elevations deep into central PNG, this hairy flowered oddball is technically free-flowering and will bloom given bright-ish light and regular watering throughout the year. I'm just now taking these out of plug trays and potting them up - plants will come in 2.5" pots as large seedlings/NBS. Look how rooty they are! Show more
