Large, well-established Dendrobium prenticei (syn Dockrillia lichenastrum) plant on a 5" madrone log. No strings attaching the plant to the log-only roots! If you are interested in miniature orchids this is a great, easy-to-grow species. The flowers are tiny but interesting if you have good eyes or a magnifying glass. The leaves and growth pattern are the main draw of this plant. The pointed, cylindrical leaves are reminiscent of a succulent and are spaced very closely together.
