This lovely tipple surprises with its freshness and vivacity. Citrus fruit and minerality abound. A perfect accompaniment to oysters, white fish, salads or as an aperitif. Clean an d fresh, this wine is an excellent introduction to the classic Chablis region. While it doesn’t have the longevity or depth of higher-end bottling, there are distinct layers of fresh lemon, limestone, and chalk, along with pleasant acidity to cleanse the palate.
