Wild is on a mission to transform the throwaway culture of everyday bathroom products. Their stylish deodorant applicators are reusable and made from durable aluminium and recycled plastic. The zero-plastic deodorant refill is natural and compostable. Every skincare product in Wild’s range is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, dermatologically tested and free from artificial fragrances, parabens, sulphates and aluminium. Gentle on skin with maximum sweat security. Refill lasts 4-6 weeks with daily application. Don't worry if there's some oil staining on the refill, it's because it's made entirely of paper. The aluminium case that holds the refills weighs about 90g and has the dimensions 11 x 6 x 3cm (HxWxD). The refills themselves are 40g and are sized 5 x 5.5 x 2.5cm. Wild isn’t antiperspirant - they don’t use aluminium salts in the deodorant. This is because Wild think sweating is a natural and important function. Instead, this deodorant contains alternative ingredients such as tapioca starch which absorbs moisture and keeps you dry all day. The deodorant is also extremely effective at tackling odours associated with sweating, so you’ll smell fresh all day. After switching from antiperspirant to deodorant a number of people have found they sweat less in general. The refills are made from bamboo pulp which is widely recyclable and can be recycled at home alongside any paper or card. They are also fit for home composting. To use, simply apply a couple of swipes under dry arms at the start of the day or after showering. The texture is a soft bar that is absorbed into the skin when you swipe it on your underarms. Give it a few minutes to fully soak. Each refill weighs 40g which will last around 4-6 weeks with daily use. You only need to apply 2 gentle swipes per pit - much less than a standard roll on!
