The Shopping Deposit is required to join our shopping live streams or Discord claiming. Our live streams are held weekly on TikTok accounts:@newwonderco & @nwjapana How it works for Live Stream Shopping:Purchase the Live Stream Deposit and let us know your 4 digit order number in the live chat! Once we confirm the order, you can claim items on the live. Once the live is done and we sort through the items, we'll send you an invoice for the items along with a photo of your shop via email or Discord if you've joined the NW community. The $10 booking deposit will be applied to your invoice! Once the invoice is settled, you'll have the option to ship out your box or hold it for future shops! We can cancel the order and refund the shipping fee only no items were purchased. Once the order has been shipped, we do not offer any refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If possible, please do not purchase any items from the website when purchasing the booking fee as Shopify will overcharge for shipping. If you do, we will be able to refund any overcharged shipping fees. We ship with DHL Express and you can expect to receive your box in 2-5 days once shipped! In some cases, we can ship out certain items via Japan Post which is a more affordable option but with a longer delivery time of 1-4 weeks. Please inquire for Japan Post Shipping. We currently only ship with DHL for USA customers. New Wonder does not cover any tariffs or import fees. There are two box types/shipping fees to choose from: Small Box Type A - 29cm L x 19cm W x 11cm H Type B - 25cm L x 17cm W x 15cm H Large Box Type A - 39cm L x 26cm W x 18cm H Type B - 40cm L x 30cm W x 15cm H Please select the box size at check out. Shipping fees will vary depending on location. You can later change the box type depending on the amount and/or size of the items you purchase during the live stream. Please note that invoices must be paid within 48 hours from the time it has been sent.
