The Deprogram Self-Punishment Empowerment attunement was founded by Reiki Master Stephanie Brail. It helps clear subconscious patterns of self-punishment that may lead to self-sabotage, underachievement, and unnecessary drama in your life. These self-punishment patterns often start in childhood, especially in families with unhealthy dynamics and even past life experiences. Self-punishment programs are unconscious habits that lead you to undermine yourself or get in the way of your own success. Self-punishing habits can also show up in how we treat ourselves, such as drinking too much, overeating, working excessively, or blaming ourselves. You can use these energies for yourself and others and you can also attune others to these energies. The Deprogram Self-Punishment Empowerment works very well with the Subconscious Clearing Empowerment.
