The large claw of the Beckon Craw seems oversized compared to the compact body. This was by design, as it generates extra vibration as soon it hits the water. During the fall, it h as a strong vibration from the giant claw, followed by the smaller vibrations from the legs of the bait, and the antennae section adds a curling action. When it hits the bottom, the Beckon Craw slowly falls and shakes violently to trigger bites.
