The adhesive is sterile and contains a mixture of Octyl and Butyl cyanoacrylates which provide its flexibility and fast setting time. The highly viscous nature of the adhesive, coupled with the quick setting time, makes it a perfect choice for use in an emergency to quickly stop bleeding and promote the healing process. The flexible nature of Dermaflex also means it comes supplied with two different types of applicator; a nozzle and dauber top. The nozzle is primarily used to apply when cosmetics is being considered while the dauber top is often used for precise application to larger areas.
