About this Artwork It's a midsummer morning in Los Angeles and I've gathered my favorite local dancers to go on an adventure into the desert. These dancers represent contemporary icons of current movement, dancing for global campaigns, The LA Opera and Jacob Jonas, and on tour for artists like Beyonce, Kali Uchis, Doja Cat, Jackson Wang and many more. We make the journey out to a deserted region near Palm Springs and start to stretch, move and play in the desert. I had this vision to create a composition representing freedom - being carried by the wind. We created three dynamic structures this day that all achieved their own unique style. I hope when you view this photograph, you're reminded that you are free as the wind - regardless of our responsibilities in this lifetime, or this society, we can find peace and freedom in the explorations of our mind.
