From concept to final installation, we will assist you in realising your dream home. WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR? You want something more than the standard curtain or blind but you're not sure how to proceed or where to start. You need to discuss light control, insulation, installation, and functional options with an expert. You want quality, unique and tailored window treatments. You need guidance around fabric selections. WHAT'S INCLUDED: VIRTUAL DESIGN MEETING - During this 1 to 1.5 hour meeting I will review your project, the space and assess your needs. We’ll discuss the project and narrow down your style and your design preferences, go over any available architectural drawing, and finalise the budget. ***Please see our email on what/how to prepare*** PERSONALISED DESIGN STRATEGY - Once I have reviewed your room as well as the adjoining spaces I'll assess your lifestyle and budgetary needs and create a custom design that's perfect for your space. We will present this to you virtually. PORTAL ACCESS - Collaborate with your designer, view your personalised concept boards & share ideas, to finalise your perfect design. FABRIC SWATCHES - After our meeting with you I will source fabric options that best suit your environment as well as your needs and post swatches out to you. CHECK MEASURE - If required, during this time we will organise complete and accurate measurements of the windows by an independent installer near you*** This is only available to metropolitan and some regional areas. If you are regional, we can have a virtual measure session guiding you through it. Included complementary, limited to 1 visit per order. TEAM INPUT - Specification will be drawn up for your project, with input from our design and installation team, to ensure every finer detail is well thought out. INSTALLING - At a fee, and optional, we will coordinate for an independent installer near you to visit your home and install all your custom treatments. Alternatively if you are remote, or want to DIY install you have access to one-on-one help from our installer in residence by appointment. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - We will completely coordinate your entire window coverings project from design through to installation, giving you complete peace of mind. CONSULT FEE- Consult fee will be credited to your order. You will be provided with a credit voucher. WHY? Well, we're glad you asked.
