Balentìa Cannonau di Sardegna DOC From the rugged hills of Goceano in central Sardinia, Balentìa is a vibrant and authentic expression of the Cannonau grape. Ruby red in colour, the wine opens with aromas of wild red berries, black cherries and subtle notes of black pepper and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and medium-bodied, with fine tannins, lively acidity and a long savoury finish. Crafted with minimal intervention and bottled unfiltered, Balentìa captures the purity, warmth and character of Sardinian terroir. Ideal with roasted meats, slow-cooked pork, charcuterie and aged cheeses.
