Who needs detox baths? EVERYONE exposed to the world. Seriously! This detox bath consists of magnesium sulfate, Himalayan sea salt, bentonite clay, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesiu m chloride. Recommended to take one detox bath a week, soak for 12-20 minutes. Do not use soap during bath. magnesium sulfate: draws out heavy metals and toxins, improves body immunity and sleep, and is great for skin conditions like eczema Sodium bicarbonate: for unfiltered bath water it helps neutralize the chlorine in the water (almost all - but especially mine - baking soda is aluminum free contrary to popular belief so no worries there either).
