With two zippered pockets, it lies flat against your body for discreet and safe storage of travel documents, money and passport. Specification Weight 25 g Material 50D PA Ripstop This very fine polyamide fabric distinguishes itself through its extremely light weight. We use this material in different strengths, i.e. 70D and 50D. The PU coating and the tight weave type give it its water repellent, smooth surface. Similar to our other lightweight textiles, it has reinforcements to ensure high tear resistance. > D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material. > PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture. > PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress. > REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources. > BS stands for bluesign®-certified – the material has been produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way according to the bluesign® standard. Made without PFAS This product has been manufactured by deuter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals with the aim of reducing reliance on substances that are harmful to the environment and health. PFAS are used, among other things, as a waterproofing finish due to their water, dirt and grease-repellent properties. deuter now uses an environmentally friendly DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish that is harmless to human and animal health.
