(90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay)CRITICAL ACCLAIM:“A bright, mineral-driven rosé, with a delicate mesh of nectarine, white cherry and biscuit flavors riding the lacy mousse.Well-cut and refreshing, offering accents of blood orange zest, ground ginger and fleur de sel on the lingering finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.” - 92 PTS, WINE SPECTATOR“Aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon rind, nectarine and chalk. The medium-bodied palate has a bright acidity, showing flavors of salted nuts, oyster shells and orange blossoms. The generous texture is carried on a finely beaded mousse. Precise and fresh.” - 92 PTS, JAMES SUCKLING“Medium salmon pink colour, copper gold reflections, delicate mousse. Delicate notes of fresh orange zest, a hint of red berry confit, subtle smoky minerality, fresh bouquet. Complex, with nuances of red berries, fresh orchard fruits, lively acidity, balanced, mineral and lemony finish, versatile.” - 92 PTS, FALSTAFF (09/2025) Show more
