This visionary concept, dedicated to capturing the epitome of a season, serves as the inspiration behind the name Stenope.Always a vintage, Stenope emerges as the exquisite outcome of a meticulous and distinctive fusion of black and white grape varieties: the iconic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both synonymous with the Champagne tradition. Guided by the expert hand of Cellar Master Michel Parisot, the grapes are thoughtfully handpicked from his preferred vineyard plots. This unwavering attention to detail persists through the grape pressing, vinification — a significant portion of which unfolds in barrels — and the delicate "prise de mousse" stage, culminating in an extensive bottle aging process.
