1 MHz-6 GHz Open-Source SDR Development Board This USB software-defined radio platform follows the HackRF One open-source hardware architecture for wideband RF development, signal generation and reception. It is a half-duplex transceiver, so it does not transmit and receive at the same time. Verified Platform Specifications Listed operating range: 1 MHz to 6 GHz. Up to 20 million samples per second. 8-bit quadrature samples: 8-bit I and 8-bit Q. Software-configurable receive/transmit gain and baseband filter. High-Speed USB 2.0 connection and USB power. SMA antenna connection plus SMA clock input/output for synchronization. Hardware Architecture The board images identify an RFFC5072 mixer, MAX2837 transceiver, MAX5864 ADC/DAC, LPC43xx controller and Si5351C clock section. The architecture supports software-controlled antenna-port power up to the listed 50 mA at 3.3 V. Configuration and Safety Package options may differ by board colour, clock module, enclosure, antenna set and amplifier; follow the selected option. This listing describes a compatible open-source platform and does not claim manufacture by Great Scott Gadgets. Observe regional transmit rules, use appropriate attenuation and filtering, and protect the RF input from excessive signal levels.
