Just box up your device (and the packing slip) securely; bubble wrap is recommended. Attach the shipping label to the outside of a box, preferably covering it with clear tape. Drop it off at any post office or shipping store. Stolen Devices iFixYouri will only honor the buy-back price if you are the rightful owner. If any product or products turn out to have been reported lost or stolen, iFixYouri will not process payment or compensation for the device(s). We are required by law to hand in any stolen product to the legal owner or to the local police station. Personal Data Devices never leave our facility without being erased and restored to factory defaults.All materials received by iFixYouri are data erased to non-recoverable standards. Any products that cannot be powered and repaired are recycled and processed according to the state of Florida and National laws and in an environmentally controlled manner, minimizing e-waste to landfills. We ask that all FMI/iCloud/Google FRP Locks be removed before shipping your device. We can not purchase any device that has an active lock on it, and we do not purchase anything that is deemed lost or stolen.
