The Devil Inside is the perfect cocktail for whiskey fans, and for Scotch fans in particular. This is an assertively flavored drink for those Steakhouse nights! Ingredients: ½ oz D emerara Gum Syrup 1 ½ oz rye whiskey ½ oz single malt scotch whisky 2 dashes absinthe 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters barspoon peaty scotch Instructions: Rinse a chilled rocks glass with peaty scotch Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice Stir 20 seconds and strain into the rinsed glass Express a lemon peel and garnish Glass: rocks Garnish: lemon peel Photo:  Scott Kallstrand Show more
