This beer was made using Pomace from Foxwhelp apples. Foxwhelp is one of the oldest known varieties of cider apples, once highly prized, now rather rare. Bright, tangy sherbert wit h waves of floral freshness on the nose. A suggestion of sweetness leads into a rounded mid palate which shows lots of ripe green apple. The depth of apple flavour continues all the way through to a creamy acidity and is punctuated by a light oak sweetness. Made with fruit harvested in 2022 from Little Pomona.
