Experiencing mysterious creaks, clicks or squeaks while riding? Finding out the exact cause can be a challenge. Removal of components, as well as multiple test rides on and off the trainer, may be needed in order to locate the actual cause of the problem. As such, we charge a diagnostic fee of $30 an hour.
