Diamond Digital Articulator Sample Kit Disposable • Self-Articulating • No Glue Required Experience the Diamond Digital Articulator system with a sample kit that includes 10 Diamond Digital Articulators plus the digital libraries for both 3Shape and exocad, so you can design, print, and test the system in your own lab. Diamond Digital Articulators are disposable, self-articulating dental model articulators designed specifically for digitally printed models. Unlike articulators that require models to be manually positioned and glued together after printing, the Diamond system incorporates the articulation directly into the digital model design. Simply select the Diamond Digital Articulator attachment in your dental model software, position it during the design process, and print your models. After printing, snap the Diamond Articulator into the custom-fitted attachments. The upper and lower models come together in the same closed-bite relationship established digitally—no hand articulation and no glue required. The patented Diamond hinge provides a durable, smooth articulation while the model attachments maintain the digitally established bite relationship. Because the articulation is built into the model design, there is no need to manually reposition the upper and lower models after printing. Diamond Digital Articulators work on both quad and full-arch models and provide dental labs with a simple, professional, disposable articulation system designed to reduce post-print labor and simplify model finishing.
