However, this is a universal primer so you can use it under any gel manicure for adding extra hold. Diamond Essence Cool Gel (builder gel) Meet our brand new HEMA-Free Cool Gel! This is a builder gel that stays cool while curing in the lamp. You can use it in either an LED or UV lamp and it won’t heat up. Use it with our Diamond Essence Primer and Diamond Essence HEMA-Free Bonder for maximum adhesion. Steps:1. Apply primer, air dry for 15 seconds2. Apply bonder, cure for 60 seconds3.
