The Diamond X-50 is a mid-range, high-performance dual-band fibreglass base station antenna for 2-metre (144 MHz) and 70cm (430 MHz) amateur radio use — the SO-239 version of the popular X-50N, sitting between the compact X-30 and the larger X-200N in the Diamond dual-band range. With a gain of 4.5 dBi on 2m and 7.2 dBi on 70cm, 200W power handling, and a 3 x 1/4-wave (2m) / 3 x 5/8-wave (70cm) collinear design, it delivers excellent omnidirectional performance on both bands from a 1.7m antenna. Pre-tuned and fully weatherproofed fibreglass construction with mast mounting brackets included. Wind rated to 60 m/s. Mounts on masts of 30–62mm diameter. Connects via SO-239 (UHF-Female).
