Morgan Conway is cartoonist Chester Gould’s razor-chinned detective in the first Dick Tracy feature film. Tracy is up to his fedora in danger as he tracks down scarred serial kille r Splitface (Mike Mazurki), who slices and dices his seemingly random victims with a menacing surgical blade.
