Attention: Use ethanol to clean the pressing die before and after use every time Use anti-rust oil after the operation and store it in a dry place to avoid rusting. NO pressing powder with particle size LESS THAN 30 microns should be used. Small particles may slip into the gap between the pushing rod and steel sleeve and cause damage to the sleeve during compression. Ball mill or grind the powder to the size of 32~75 microns before pressing. 3'' Dia. Steps to make pellets Mix and grind the chemical powder using an agate mortar or Ball Mill Calcining the mixed powder in a high-temperature furnace at a suitable temperature Crush and grind the calcined powder again by gate mortar or Ball Mill Put the calcined powder into the die Press the sample with a pressing machine under suitable pressure Take out the pellet sample from the die Sinter the pellet at a suitable temperature in an oven Then, a new material sample is formed!
