Description Dieffenbachia maculata ‘Reflector’ is a striking tropical foliage plant prized for its vivid, high-contrast variegation. The broad, lance-shaped leaves are a deep glossy green, heavily speckled and mottled with bright lime to yellow patterning that appears almost luminous under the right lighting conditions. This “reflective” effect gives the cultivar its name and makes it a standout in indoor plant ranges. The plant grows in a compact, upright clumping habit with thick, cane-like stems. Compared to older Dieffenbachia varieties, ‘Reflector’ is more refined in form and colour, making it highly desirable for retail. It performs well indoors but, like most variegated aroids, requires stable conditions to maintain leaf quality and colour intensity.
