Each insert is used beneath the outer tissue flap to simulate a variety of challenging port conditions. Access options: Wandering Access: Simulates a “wandering” or “shifting” port, providing a less stable target when accessing through the overlying tissue flap. Tipping Access: Simulates a “tipping” or “tilting” port. When positioned in the upper portion of the recess, it mimics a correctly placed port; when placed in the lower portion, it creates the effect of a tilted or unstable port. Deeply Places Access: Designed for use in conjunction with the 0421 recessed insert.
