Difflam Oral Rinse 300ml is a locally acting analgesic and anti-inflammatory mouthwash for fast relief of painful conditions in the mouth and throat. It helps soothe soreness and reduce inflammation from issues such as pharyngitis, aphthous (mouth) ulcers, oral ulceration due to radiation therapy, and post-dental procedures. It can also be used after tonsillectomy (as advised) or where the throat is irritated, e.g., following use of a naso-gastric tube. How it works Difflam contains benzydamine hydrochloride 0.15% w/v, a topical anti-inflammatory and analgesic that targets pain and swelling directly at the site of discomfort.
