The primary school version includes softer plastic archeological finds tools and worksheets aligned with the primary school syllabus. Integrating History, Geography, English, Maths and Science, students need to excavate, measure, draw and record their findings- plus come to conclusions about their archaeological site through both report writing and creative writing. (see images for syllabus links). There is around 4 hours of activities included. The "dig kit mini" allows teachers to set up mini table-top excavations in the classroom. Perfect to use as a mini "incursion" for students to get hands-on with History.
