With attentive hands guided by your body’s si gnals, we gently explore the terrain of the belly, working with both the deeper and more superficial structures of the abdomen. During this session we may assess and support the health of the digestive organs, intestines, and lymphatic flow, while addressing areas of restriction that may arise from scar tissue, past surgeries, injuries, or long-held tension in the core. Particular attention may be given to the psoas muscle, often referred to as the body’s “core muscle,” which plays a central role in posture, movement, and the body’s stress response. Releasing tension in this area can bring profound relief throughout the body.
