Digestive issues, bloating, flatulence and indigestion can be so troublesome but this trio of ingredients are wonderfully soothing. 25mls - 40%ABV How to use Simply add 5 drops of the Tincture to a small glass of water and drink before meals to aid digestion. Don't take more than 20 drops a day. Do not take peppermint or drink peppermint tea if you have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - a condition where stomach acid backs up into the oesophagus, or a hiatus hernia. Peppermint can relax the sphincter between the stomach and oesophagus, allowing stomach acids to flow back into the oesophagus.
