However, you may use the drop-down menu to see additional options and pricing. Portraits feature a single pet's face only and will be vertical unless otherwise specified in advance. The custom artwork will be delivered to your inbox in three formats (JPG, PNG and PDF) for you to print on your own. IMPORTANT After checkout, send your pet's image to [email protected]. If you're ordering more than one portrait, be sure to send an image for each. Your digital files will be sent back to this email address once complete. Please include this information: Pet’s name, species/breed and gender. TIME FRAMETimelines may vary based on demand. It can take up to 5-10 days for the digital drawing (after choosing the final reference photo). If you have a deadline, please inquire in advance. Please order at least 3 weeks in advance for major holidays due to an increase of demand. Note: Printed items take additional time, as they are printed on demand after the illustration is complete. PHOTO TIPS Make sure the photo is bright and clear—photos taken during daylight or in bright lighting work best. Ensure your pet looks directly at the camera, as the illustration focuses on the head only. Choose an image that captures your pet's personality!
