Solan was originally part of The Shetland Trader-Book One, a collection of 10 patterns inspired by the Shetland Islands. This shawl begins at the widest edge and is worked towards the center of the top edge, decreasing stitches every RS row. The rate of decreases doubles for the top half of the shawl creating more of a curved edge along the top of the shawl. Show more
