The 828RC Modular RC Wheel Rack is a detailed 3D printable storage and display solution designed for 1.9 RC beadlock wheels and similar scale wheel setups. The modular design allows the rack to be printed in separate pieces and assembled into a clean, sturdy display for your RC workshop, hobby room, garage, or retail display. The updated design features wider shelves for improved wheel fitment, a wider and more stable base, alignment pins for easier and more secure assembly, modular vertical uprights, and finished top caps for a cleaner appearance. The angled wheel cradles rest your wheels securely while keeping them visible and easy to access. Modular base and vertical uprights to expand horizontally and vertically. Printing Suggestions For maximum strength and stability, we strongly recommend increasing the wall count to at least 6 walls and setting the part strength/infill to at least 25%. These settings are especially important for the base, vertical uprights, and wheel shelves because they support the weight of the assembled rack and wheels. The rack is designed to work particularly well as a three-tier setup. While the modular design may allow additional tiers to be added, stacking the rack higher than three tiers is done entirely at the customer's own risk. 828RC cannot guarantee the stability or structural integrity of configurations taller than three tiers. Print settings, filament type, printer calibration, layer adhesion, assembly method, and the weight of the wheels being stored can all affect the strength and stability of the finished rack.
