The sticks are made with a 5.5mm insert groove for slates. The system utilises 1.5mm Hex grub screws with nylon tipped ends for tightening the 5mm Slate, along with 2 threads on the back for fixing the Tentacle Sync Timebar Holder that makes up the Digital Timecode Slate. A further 2 threads are provided for fixing the optional Handle to the system. The Sticks have a built-in Neodymium magnet, with a shaft to activate the Tentacle Sync sensor system.
