Mix a little lemon with dill weed for a more pungent effect for making creamy bases like mayonnaise, cream cheese, yogurt, or white sauces. Dill is the perfect complement to fish as well as chicken. Adding dill weed to eggs, and cheese dishes, dips and especially white beans gives these dishes a subtle herb-like flavor.
