The connection between DIM and estrogen is due to their molecular similarities. In order for estrogen to be utilized in the body it must be metabolized. Estrogen can follow one of two metabolic pathways, creating either good or bad estrogen. Since DIM requires a metabolic pathway similar to that of good estrogen, supplementing the diet with DIM multiplies the chance for estrogen to be broken down into its beneficial form. Simply put, DIM stimulates the pathway that leads to “good” estrogen production and healthy hormone balance. An active metabolism of estrogen in the “good” direction automatically pulls unmetabolized estrogen away from the “bad” pathway, actually lowering the production and levels of these harmful estrogens. DIM also impacts testosterone, which is an important contributor to healthy hormone balance in both men and women. This hormone is classified as an anabolic hormone due to its ability to promote protein synthesis. Active protein synthesis produces bigger muscles and stronger bones, especially in response to exercise, as well as increases metabolic rate and fat utilization. Testosterone also supports libido, interest in sex, and mood. However, testosterone exerts its actions differently, depending on whether it is free or bound to carrier proteins in the blood. The free form is the form that possesses all these desirable actions. DIM, through its effects on estrogen metabolism, supports testosterone by helping to maintain the level of free, or active, testosterone. DIM 250 is clinically dosed with 250mg of Diindolylmethane (DIM), to ensure you peak out all the marvelous benefits of this phytonutrient (plant nutrients with health-promoting properties). So what kind of miraculous benefits can you expect when supplementing with DIM2 250? First off, DIM 250 will help with regulation of energy metabolism (the process of generating energy (ATP) from nutrients) by promoting the active release of stored fat for better energy, especially during exercise. and help regulate estrogen imbalances in men and women. Two amazing benefits right off the bat! Other benefits include cell growth regulation, which helps get rid of damaged cells throughout the body, prostate protection in men by reducing estrogen dominance, enhanced muscle growth and adaptation with exercise, promotes weight loss by releasing stored fat then assisting fat-burning hormones, and slows age related diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. Incredible! * Regulate estrogen levels * Helps reduce body fat * Regulate energy metabolism * Helps with cell growth regulation * Enhance lean muscle mass growth Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
