This product is a separate CO2 sensor that can be connected to the Dimlux Maxi Controller, and which also controls a CO2 generator or CO2 pressure valve. The Dimlux CO2 Sensor uses Dual Beam NDIR technology which delivers unprecedented calibration stability and accuracy (down to 5ppm). Other CO2 sensors use Single Beam tech and must be calibrated regularly. Dual Beam sensors are two sensors in one where the measuring sensor is periodically adjusted by the second sensor. Because the second sensor is active only 5 minutes per month, it does not age or drift. The Dimlux CO2 Sensor provides accurate information on the CO2 content of the atmosphere in your grow area. At the same time, it can also be used to power a CO2 regulator, so that carbon dioxide is released according to how much CO2 is actually required, maintaining optimal levels at all times. The built-in light sensor will even let the system know when the lights are off, ensuring that CO2 is only distributed when necessary for the process of photosynthesis. Accurate to 5 ppm.
