Starring: Stanley Baker, Juliet Prowse, Ken Gampu, Alfred Jabulani, John Sith ebe, Paul Makgoba, Siegfried Mynhardt, Gordon Hood, Flora Motaung and Bob Courtney. Written, produced and directed by Jamie Uys. Dingaka tells the story of a tribesman, Ntuku Makwena (Ken Gampu), who avenges the murder of his daughter according to traditional tribal laws. His act of revenge leads him to be tried under government laws, where justice for black people does not exist. From the director (Jamie Uys) of THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY. *Very few prints of DINGAKA exist. After an extensive search we found what we believe to be the best surviving elements. We are pleased to make this available here on DVD. The quality is not great – and one should not expect state-of-the-art re-mastered quality - but it is a treasure for those who truly wish to see this extremely rare film. Show more
