In the year 2248, the Worlds Welfare Work Association (WWWA) is the last line of defense against interstellar crime, and their top agents are the "Lovely Angels." Kei and Yuri are two teenage girls equipped with high-tech weaponry and a knack for getting the job done—even if "getting the job done" involves accidentally leveling a city or two in the process.
