Killarmy - Dirty Weaponry [2LP] Originally released in 1998 Dirty Weaponry is the uncompromising second album from Killarmy the Wu-Tang affiliate squad known for their militant aes thetic razor-sharp lyricism and Five Percenter worldview. Executive produced by RZA the album is primarily helmed by 4th Disciple whose dark layered production once again provides the crew with a sonic battlefield— having shaped much of their 1997 debut Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars. RZA also contributes the haunting "Where I Rest At" adding his signature grit to the project. Three standout tracks define the album’s lasting impact: “The Shoot Out” the lead single and street video staple; “5 Stages of Consciousness” a brooding fan-favorite that’s grown into one of their moststreamed tracks; and “Red Dawn” a relentless barrage of lyrical warfare. Together these cuts showcase Killarmy’s unwavering commitment to militant rap at its finest. Now 27 years later Dirty Weaponry returns to wax in a remasterd collector’s edition reissue.
