A Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels With Deconstructed Peach Cobbler. It started with a simple craving.Things got complicated very quickly.Our mixed yeast and bacteria cultures really enjoy gobbling up sugars and producing alcohol and carbon dioxide, leaving the finished beer quite dry and un-sweet. It was a challenge to lend dessert-like qualities to this beverage, but through skilled use of ingredients like pureed peach, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, almond and pectin, we’ve managed to create a beer worthy of being served in that coveted after-dinner timeslot. 2019 Club. 5.5% alc/vol.
