DiSC Classic is designed to be simple and engaging way to understand yourself and the leadership behaviors accessible to you. It's composed of an assessment and a comprehensive profile report that explain your dominant leadership behaviors. DiSC is an acronym that represents four main personality profiles: Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The 28-question assessment uncovers each participant's DiSC styles, intensities, profile patterns, motivators, and much more. The results are translated into a personalized, 23-page report that provides detailed recommendations for how to leverage your personal work style based on your profile pattern. Trying to decide between DiSC Classic online and paper versions? This might help: DiSC Classic paper: this option is a booklet that is mailed to you to distribute to your participants before your Connect session. Participants will need about 25-30 minutes to complete the paper assessment. They will each manually self-score their assessment and view their results on graphs within the booklet. DiSC Classic online: this option is accessed digitally with a separate DiSC code for each participant. Participants will need about 15-20 minutes to complete the online assessment.
