Refugio Farm Equestrian Center LLC (RFEC) Policies & Procedures All riders and guests must sign a liability waiver and a consent form prior to participating in any riding activities or entering the premises. Tuition & Payments: * Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. * A $35 late fee will be applied to all payments received after the 5th of the month. * No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to any reason as there is always a make up option provided if a proper notice given . * Make-up lessons will Always be offered for cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on our part. * Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the lesson. * Only one make-up lesson is permitted per quarter (every 3 months) unless prior arrangements are made. * Please note that lesson times are reserved exclusively for each student.Contractual Agreements: * A minimum 6-month contract is required for all students to ensure consistent learning and progress in riding fundamentals, safety, and horsemanship. * After the initial 6-month contract, a 60-day written notice is required for termination or changes to lesson schedules. * In cases of medical emergencies or deployment (with proper documentation), the 6-month contract may be waived, and the 60-day termination notice will apply. Cancellation Policy: * All non-tangible services (riding lessons) are non-refundable. * Deposits and payments for services rendered are non-refundable. * Credits for future services may be offered in cases of emergencies with proper notice and written consent, subject to availability.General Information: * Our program is designed as a monthly tuition-based service. * By purchasing and paying for services through our website, you agree to all RFEC terms, conditions, policies, and procedures regarding cancellations, rescheduling, tuition, and terminations.
